Helix Strategy Group provides regulatory intelligence and data analytics software. Our outputs, including liability forecasts and phase-in eligibility determinations, are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
2. User Accounts
Access to the Helix Platform is restricted to authorized pharmaceutical manufacturer representatives. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Helix Strategy Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our liability models. Users typically validate critical submission data with external counsel.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
